Children’s Book Illustration and Storytelling

My experience

There is something so exciting about starting a new children’s book illustration, or book. I have a client list available on request, illustrating for children is one of my passions.

Not only do I illustrate for clients and publishing houses (Jacks Books, New Zealand School Journal), I also write and illustrate my own stories and animations.

Lily and Smudge

The Adventures of Lily & Smudge establishes a world where magic is part of the daily routine. In this debut adventure, Lily and her feline sidekick, Smudge, set off through the woods to visit Grandma.

What starts as a walk becomes a journey through a landscape populated by dragons, mermaids, and grumpy trolls. Inspired by bedtime stories with my daughter, the narrative blends high-fantasy stakes with the cozy familiarity of a family visit. From exploring deep caves to riding unicorns home, this story is a celebration of bold exploration and the comfort of returning safe and sound.
